Application Guidelines:
Preparation:

Clean the area thoroughly before applying.

Trim the poultice to the required size.

Apply with the plastic backing facing away from the skin.

Secure in place with a bandage.
Hot Poultice:

Soak in boiled water cooled to approximately 38°C (100°F).

Gently squeeze out excess water before applying.
Cold Poultice:

Soak in cooled boiled water.

For extra cooling, chill the poultice (inside its packaging) in the refrigerator before use.

Dry Application:

Apply directly and bandage over the top.
